- 天然試料、特に堆積物や土壌の化学分析を行う際に、調査目的や対象物質にあわせ適切な分析手法を構築し様々な研究技術開発の実績を積んできました（https://researchmap.jp/7000000445）。最近は携帯型の蛍光エックス分析装置による表面非破壊分析（化学組成分析）、水素・酸素の安定同位体分析等を行っています。
